Almost all rich peoples get wealth from paper asset. Following items are included in paper asset, such as stock, mutual fund, future trading etc. The most popular of paper asset is stock. All rich peoples have at least stocks of their own companies and or they have stocks of several companies wchich are listed in stock exchanges.

As everybody knows that the investment in stock trading have high potential rewards, but also have high potential risk. There are a lot of books and seminars to discuss this matter and to guide you to get high profit from them. Unfortunately more tahn 80% of people who invest at stock trading, are lost! Only less than 20% can get profit.

Why could it happen? The reason is almost all people don't have any system for trading. People who have Trading System will win the trade.

Trading System is a methode or procedure for trading. The system is already proved to be used for trading. The system is considered good if it can generate gain consistenly. The profit could be measured by percentage of comparison between each trading of profit to total trading, or percentage of gain of each trading.

If you trade without system, some time you will gain and some time you will lose. Such trading is almost same as gambling. The most possible of gambling is lost, if you get break even means you are lucky.

We have experienced on many system for stock trading, such as: Long Term Trading, Swing Trading, Gapping Up on Stock Earning Release etc. Almost all of the system have some advantages and disadvantages.

Our system was new release dan was implemented on real trading on end of 2010. The basic of the system is simple. It use price fluctuation of good stocks which have high capital and very liquid. The trend of good stocks in long run will go up. However in short term the price will fluctuate up and down due to many reason. Usually after the price increased it will be corrected to be going down, after that it will increase again to be continued repeat. Our system take an advantages of the correction when the price creep up after going down.

The system has trading tools which consist of five formulas, as follows:

• 1: We always take position on long position or BUY only.
  The system never take shot position, and always take long position or only BUY. The reason is because to analize stock which have good prospect is easier than bad stock which the price will going down.
• 2: Two Days Trading Methode.
  We trade only for two days. We BUY stock today around half hour after market open and SELL again tomorrow when the market open. This formuala will protect the price of stock on long exposure in the market. Itis usefull when market condition very volatile, and the most important is a protection due to error on analysis. In the first day we recommend to install stop loss at 1.5%.
• 3: Trend of Stock Index will going up.
  Make technical analysis to confirm and to make sure that the most possibilty of index in the trading day and tomorrow will go up. It is not necessary all index should be analyzed, two or three indexes are enough such as S&P500, DJIA and NASDAQ. This formula is a little difficult to be done, but still possible.
• 4: We choose blue chips only.
  Blue chips are stocks which are strong in the market and they are very liquid. We define a stock is categorized as blue chips, if its market capital more than US$ 5 billion and average daily trading more than US$ 50 million. This formula will guarantee that the stocks which will be traded are liquid or easy to be sold again. Beside that usually the price spread of liquid stock will be relatively small.
• 5: Choose stocks when their position in the bottom and start to make correction for going up.
  It is normal if the price of a stock fluctuate. We choose the stocks which its position in the bottom after correction and they are in the position to go up.
